It is really something to be where so much world changing history has happened. We do look forward to seeing and hearing about the people and their experiences. We had planned to leave the cabin on Monday but had a few more jobs to get done before Christmas. We now have a bathroom door, and 2 official guest rooms complete with beds for all our family. The guest rooms even have beautiful flooring in them. Dad has one end of the cabin all run for electricity and a generator shed just outside the corner of the house.... it will be moved next summer when the ground gets settled and we build the tool shed. Tomorrow we have a LONG list of jobs to do starting with laundry.... it will be nice to not carry the water to the machine or up the hill to get rid of it... my Hoover is a bit more work at the cabin than here!! Dad needs to get all the rain water etc out of the hot tub before we fill it so maybe tomorrow night we will relax in it. Then there is the stuff to put away after 3 months away!
